  • At least two years of on-the-job training and hands-on experience in a salon environment.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of hairdressing techniques and services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and techniques.
