Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned station(s). You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain standards, manage inventory, and uphold kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new menus and dishes.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels and control wastage.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen team members on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or similar field is a plus.
